Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out the terms under which cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and non-attendance are handled for all services provided.
By booking any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. Deposits
All bookings require payment upon booking (including a 25% non-refundable deposit) at the time of booking.
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances unless otherwise stated.
All cancellation refunds are issued minus the 25% deposit.
2. General Cancellation Terms
Where cancellation is permitted, refunds will be issued subject to the applicable notice period and service type.
All refunds are processed minus the non-refundable deposit.
3. Session Bookings
In-Person Sessions
* Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: refund issued minus deposit.
* Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session: non-refundable.
Online Sessions
* Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: refund issued minus deposit.
* Cancellations made **within 24 hours** of the session: **non-refundable**.
4. Clinics, Workshops, Camps & Experiences
* Cancellations are refundable up to 14 days prior to the event, minus a £50 non-refundable deposit**.
* Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
6. Subscriptions
* Unused subscriptions may be refunded minus 25%.
* Once a subscription has commenced, it becomes non-refundable.
* Subscriptions are **non-transferable and non-accumulative.
* All services are subject to availability.
7. Rescheduling Policy
* Rescheduling is subject to availability.
* If no availability exists, rescheduling may not be possible.
* Rescheduling requests must be made within the applicable cancellation notice period.
8. No-Show Policy
Online Services
* A 10-minute grace period is permitted.
* After this period, the session will be classed as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Clinics & In-Person Events
* Late arrival may result in refusal of entry or participation.
* No-shows are non-refundable.
9. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
In the event of unavoidable circumstances including but not limited to illness, injury, bereavement, extreme weather, or natural disaster:
* Services may be rescheduled or refunded at the provider’s discretion.
* Proof may be required.
* Rescheduled services must be used within the same calendar year or service period.
10. Provider Cancellation
If the provider is unable to deliver a service due to emergency or force majeure:
* The service will be either rescheduled or fully refunded.
11. General Terms
* All services are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
* Failure to comply with cancellation terms may result in forfeiture of payment.
* By purchasing any service, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.
