Reflect, Reset & Create: New Year Workshop

Gather the gifts, resources and lessons from your 2025,
to bring your 2026 to life.

Expect powerful questions and conversation to guide you through each chapter:
you, your horse & your relationship,

Are you feeling like the New Year has crept up on you? Like there has been so much to do that you are already into 2026 without having a moment to look back and celebrate that you got through another year? Are you wishing for a chance to stop, breathe and take stock...but that moment never comes?

You aren't alone.

Reflect, Reset & Create is a space where you can step away from the rush, responsibilities, mud and  cold, to give yourself that pocket of peace you have been yearning for...

To integrate your 2025, to create the space for 2026 to be the best year yet.

Reflect, Reset & Create is about stepping into a vision that's authentic and sustainable to you & your horse. So that you can leave behind what's not serving you, and move into the year of the horse with a inner sense of direction and renewed zest for life.

What you can expect

You can expect to be guided through thought provoking questions. Each question will bring meaningful reflection and unlock new refreshing perspectives to put jigsaw pieces in place.

There will be three different areas you will move through: you, your horse and your relationship.

Finally, you will get the chance to channel your 2026 into a vision boardwhere you can lose yourself into the creation of something that lights you up, inspires you, and anchors you to what your soul is calling you towards.

To finish, soak in a mindful moment to settle into your body. So that you can step back into your life regulated and replenished. With a sense of completion on the year that has been, and centred clarity for the year ahead.

So, are you are ready to leave the 2025 blocks behind, and step into the new light of 2026?

"...The result is an empowered, authentic and incredibly non-judgemental..."

"...I’ve never known an approach quite like this, and the result is an empowered, authentic and incredibly non-judgemental. I can’t recommend Cat’s work highly enough"

"...She is a soft, open, grounded and attuned horsewoman...

"Cat helps humans and horses be more authentically themselves, allowing them to communicate and connect with each other on a whole new level. She is a soft, open, grounded and attuned horsewoman who will honour the horse and their unique experiences, and always go at the pace they need her to."

"...Fascinating insights to my work with my horses..."

"...All of the workshops brought fascinating insights to my work with my horses, and together we went further

than I could have possibly dreamed of at the start of the year. Cat doesn’t have a technique that she makes everyone follow - instead, she provides us with resources and supports us in weaving them into our practice however feels right for us and our horses."

"...She helped spin my life around in the best possible way..."

"...I had a feeling of being ‘stuck’ and unable to move forwards in certain areas of my life. I was introduced to Cat and it straight away felt like she understood me and quite honestly helped spin my life around in the best possible way."

"...more sure in myself, and calmer overall..."

"...I've also grown noticeably to those around me

who tell me I seem much more sure in myself, and calmer overall.  I was dealing with a lot of fear and anxiety around horses at the beginning of the year, which was spilling over from my everyday life. Getting to understand my nervous system and learning how to become friends with it has been such a powerful tool that I can take with me wherever I am."

"...I can advocate for him when I feel pressure from others..."

"This summer we went out and smashed all our goals together, but at the end of it all, I can come back to him and see just how far we have come in all the small ways that really matter too - we had our first lay down in the stable together,

we met each other in conversation for the first time,

I can advocate for him when I feel pressure from others"
