Service Description
Do you ever feel like you just need a sit down with a cup of tea, and have a relaxed chat about how things are going in the relationship with your horse and yourself? When was the last time you had the space to just chat? About how things are going? What you are wanting to create and move forwards with? When did you last have the chance to answer the questions in your head that keep lingering? Come away feeling content, clear and empowered for the next step? Perhaps you are experiencing a challenge? Maybe you are frustrated at feeling stuck? Perhaps you are being guided towards a change in your horsemanship? Or there are things that keep coming up with your horse that you want to shift? ... Or you want to look at how far you've come and what the next steps are. This session will meet you where you are at, so that you can come away feeling like your shoulders have dropped, your mind is calmer, your direction is clearer, and you feel like you've woven the loose jigsaw pieces together. Ready for the next step in your unique relationship. Whatever that is for you. You can expect: - A relaxed chat, where you don't have to prove anything - just be yourself. - Freedom to chat about what is important to you - My input as a coach to support you to make changes and conclusions that are meaningful to you - Exploring empowering questions that support you to move forwards - Creating the next steps that fit your unique relationship. Come away feeling clearer and more confident in what you, your horse and your partnership need. - Have your questions on your mind and have them answered, perhaps from your inner wisdom, and supported by any knowledge that could be helpful to you. - A non judgemental and confidential space where you can share without worrying about opinions and judgement of others. Having a Coach is like having a thinking partner, someone who is there for guidance and support - who asks brilliant questions that support your process, and unlock perspectives that may be valuable and useful to you. Having an Equestrian Relationship Coach also means you are chatting to someone who is likeminded. Who can draw on expertise, experience and knowledge across the fields of human, horse & relationships to support you in your unique process. From experience with clients and on their own journey to facilitate you on your own path. I GET what it means to be a passionate horse person and understand deeply the challenges and blocks that can be overcome.
Cancellation Policy
want the decision to grow and develop in your relationship with your horse and yourself to feel safe, transparent, and risk-free. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled across our different offerings. 1. Individual & Group Coaching Sessions: * Rescheduling an online session requires at least 24 hours notice. * Rescheduling an in person session requires at least 48 hours’ notice. * Any sessions cancelled outside of these periods will be subject to 50% the session fee to compensate for time & additional admin fees. * Missed sessions without notice will be charged at full session fee. Cancellations can be made via email cat@eqrcoach.com 3. Coaching Packages (Coaching + Online Course) These packages may include online course content and personal or group coaching. Personal Coaching Packages * 14-Day Cooling off period (less associated expenses) * After 14 days: Refunds apply only to unused coaching sessions, calculated pro-rata based on the original block rate. Includes an additional 20% fee to accommodate for time and admin expenses. Coaching Programmes: * Clients can terminate their agreement with 7 day's notice. * Client will be billed for services up to that date. The full amount of any unused coaching session fees has the option of being transferred to another person who you refer to ERC. Validity of Pre-Paid Coaching Sessions: All coaching sessions that have been pre-paid must be used within 12 months from the date of the invoice. Any unused sessions after this time will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund, unless otherwise required by UK Consumer Law. If We Cancel: * In rare cases of low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel or postpone. * You’ll receive a full refund or offered an alternative option. 6. Follow-up After Cancellation I care about your journey. If you cancel, I may reach out to check in, offer support, or invite feedback through a short survey.
