Service Description
This offering is for clients who are wanting to take their time, soak it all in, and get the most from each session. Who don't want to feel the pressure of time, and who want to enjoy the opportunity to chat things through, have a cup of tea, ask as many questions as they would like, and go with the flow. This session is also suited to clients who: - Are further afield and are unable to book regular session slots, so want to make the most of our time together, and want lots to implement and move forwards with. - Have a horse who they know needs more time, care and is not to be rushed. And requires the session to accommodate for meeting them exactly where they are at, and giving them all the space they need. - Clients who get lots from chatting things through and debriefing the session. This service is applicable to a Bodywork & Release Session and a Horsemanship Training Session.
Cancellation Policy
want the decision to grow and develop in your relationship with your horse and yourself to feel safe, transparent, and risk-free. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled across our different offerings. 1. Individual & Group Coaching Sessions: * Rescheduling an online session requires at least 24 hours notice. * Rescheduling an in person session requires at least 48 hours’ notice. * Any sessions cancelled outside of these periods will be subject to 50% the session fee to compensate for time & additional admin fees. * Missed sessions without notice will be charged at full session fee. Cancellations can be made via email cat@eqrcoach.com 3. Coaching Packages (Coaching + Online Course) These packages may include online course content and personal or group coaching. Personal Coaching Packages * 14-Day Cooling off period (less associated expenses) * After 14 days: Refunds apply only to unused coaching sessions, calculated pro-rata based on the original block rate. Includes an additional 20% fee to accommodate for time and admin expenses. Coaching Programmes: * Clients can terminate their agreement with 7 day's notice. * Client will be billed for services up to that date. The full amount of any unused coaching session fees has the option of being transferred to another person who you refer to ERC. Validity of Pre-Paid Coaching Sessions: All coaching sessions that have been pre-paid must be used within 12 months from the date of the invoice. Any unused sessions after this time will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund, unless otherwise required by UK Consumer Law. If We Cancel: * In rare cases of low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel or postpone. * You’ll receive a full refund or offered an alternative option. 6.
