Imagine...

Being able to slow down. Breathe deeply. Have the space to reconnect with yourself and your horse. And have no other place to be other than with each other.

The Grounded Partnership Clinic is a two-day immersive experience, designed for horse owners who are ready to step back from what doesn't serve them, and explore what's really important.

Not perfection, pressure, or performance. But getting to know each other for who you really are, sharing quality time together, and nourishing your relationship that will shape it for years to come.

This is why this experience blends empowering personal coaching and development with connection focused exercises and relationship based horsemanship. â€‹

Because whether you are feeling disconnected, anxious, stuck, overwhelmed...

Or simply longing for a deeper partnership that brings you both safety and joy.

You can come as you are... and enjoy a soft landing space for both you and your horse to reconnect and come away feeling more alive, aligned, and closer than ever before.

All are welcome. Regardless of discipline, background, or experience.

What to expect:

You and your horse are like tuning forks - constantly co-regulating and responding to each other. In busy daily life, there’s rarely space to pause, reset, and retune.

That’s why the first day is horseless: it’s all about YOU.

The second day is all about coming together, bringing your horse into the safety you've created, so they can naturally flourish alongside you.

Day 1: Human Day (10-5pm)

A day focused on growth, to ground and regulate you.

Begin with a warming cup of tea and connect with like-minded horse people, overlooking the beautiful fields around you whilst being serenaded by the birds singing.  Take a moment to stretch and shake it off to arrive in your body for a weekend to remember.

Have open and insightful discussions about what you want to move forwards with, and unlock new perspectives in an insightful and empowering coaching session as a group. Chat about the the nervous system in a way that simply makes sense and explore tools that support you to grow emotional regulation and grounding with and away from your horse.

Enjoy a hot veggie lunch and breathe in the peace, not needing to be anywhere else but where you are.

After lunch, step into your horse's hooves with a perspective shifting empathy session. Leading and being lead to uncover new feedback about how you can develop as a horsewoman: body language, understanding and communication.

Soak this in with a beautiful Mindful Movement with Ruth from Kind Heart Yoga. Where you connect with your balance, presence and strength.

Have a final round up of the day, with an EFT session and share what you are taking forwards from the day.

Come away feeling grounded, confident, and ready for a delicious nights sleep.

This day includes:

  • Nervous system regulation and understanding

  • Grounding and breathwork

  • Gentle yoga or movement

  • Reflection and journaling

  • Group coaching and discussion

  • Confidence and communication exercises

  • Q&A sessions

Day 2: Relationship Day (10-3pm)

Support your horse to feel balanced inside and out,
come together and deepen your connection.

On Day Two, bring your horse into the pocket of peace you've carefully created.

You can both enjoy a relaxed environment to explore, play, and be guided when it is helpful for you. And be encouraged to fully advocate for your horse, practicing only what feels right for you.

Begin by taking your time to arrive, settle your horse and yourself into the space. Check in and find your groove in the new environment.

Allow the morning to unfold by playing with exercises that deepen your connection, communication, trust, and inner safety.

Meet your horse where they are at, and discover how to support them with what they need in each moment.

Throughout the day, bring balance to your horse's mind, body and emotions through ethical horsemanship that puts how they feel at the forefront, gentle, powerful bodywork techniques, and relationship building exercises.

Understand your horse’s responses more deeply and improve communication, and create a calmer, more connected partnership from the ground up.

Relish in each other's company, with moments of just 'being'. Soaking in the quality time together and feeling everything else melt away.

Come away with memories to cherish, the foundations of a secure relationship and confidence to be your own horse woman, an advocate for your unique equestrian relationship.

Your horse can come away feeling nourished, balanced and feeling safer within themselves and with you.

Sessions may focus on:

  • Emotionally balancing groundwork and connection exercises

"...The result is an empowered, authentic and incredibly non-judgemental..."

"...I’ve never known an approach quite like this, and the result is an empowered, authentic and incredibly non-judgemental. I can’t recommend Cat’s work highly enough"

"...Fascinating insights to my work with my horses..."

"...All of the workshops brought fascinating insights to my work with my horses, and together we went further

than I could have possibly dreamed of at the start of the year. Cat doesn’t have a technique that she makes everyone follow - instead, she provides us with resources and supports us in weaving them into our practice however feels right for us and our horses."

"...She is a soft, open, grounded and attuned horsewoman...

"Cat helps humans and horses be more authentically themselves, allowing them to communicate and connect with each other on a whole new level. She is a soft, open, grounded and attuned horsewoman who will honour the horse and their unique experiences, and always go at the pace they need her to."

"...She helped spin my life around in the best possible way..."

"...I had a feeling of being ‘stuck’ and unable to move forwards in certain areas of my life. I was introduced to Cat and it straight away felt like she understood me and quite honestly helped spin my life around in the best possible way."

"...more sure in myself, and calmer overall..."

"...I've also grown noticeably to those around me

who tell me I seem much more sure in myself, and calmer overall.  I was dealing with a lot of fear and anxiety around horses at the beginning of the year, which was spilling over from my everyday life. Getting to understand my nervous system and learning how to become friends with it has been such a powerful tool that I can take with me wherever I am."

"...I can advocate for him when I feel pressure from others..."

"This summer we went out and smashed all our goals together, but at the end of it all, I can come back to him and see just how far we have come in all the small ways that really matter too - we had our first lay down in the stable together,

we met each other in conversation for the first time,

I can advocate for him when I feel pressure from others"
